Looking at these quotes it would seem that character is imperative if you wish to be a leader. Many people who have developed their character have gone on to be leaders – even though they didn’t seek the role. However, many leaders, who have forgotten the value of character, have fallen.
Here’s my take on some of the major character traits that people will look out for:
- a willingness to continue learning
- humble attitude
Work on these everyday and you won’t have time to worry about your reputation!
