This is a contrast of colours. I was making salsa last autumn and I found this pepper that was a combination of all the pepper colours available. Having chopped up so many peppers I thought that the contrast of all the colours was amazing, bright, uplifting and worth remembering. So here is my contribution for this week. Enjoy.

I can’t do the dance, but I can make this Mexican style relish. I love it just as a dip with corn tortillas.

Thank you. It had a gentle “kick” as I didn’t use too many very hot chillis. Next time I make it I might add a little more heat.
