Weekly Photo Challenge – Unusual

I have two entries for this one, completely different from each other.  The first is a light “display” that I found in our local shopping mall.  I found the design very unusual, and very attractive.  I can hear Don McLean singing now “Starry Starry Night”.

The second is of an unusual animal.  This albino Gekko is very striking.  The solid dark eye against the white, knobbly skin is very strange, but its bright red tongue almost seems reassuring.  And are those gills, ears or what on the side of its head?
